All Body Language offerings are designed to help you enter the practice gently and at your own pace. Whether you’re new to movement or returning to it, our introductory options offer space to explore the classes, the studio, and how your body responds.

Below, you’ll find more about our approach, our class offerings, and the community we’re building together.

Meet the Founder

Raised in movement and shaped by dance, Kozet is a Texas native and multidisciplinary movement practitioner whose teaching is guided by breath, intuition, and care. Her approach weaves together Pilates, yoga, strength, and meditation in a way that feels both grounded and expressive.

At the heart of her work is connection — to breath, to the body’s inner voice, and to the shared experience of moving together. Kozet creates classes where strength and softness coexist, and where each person is invited to leave feeling more at home in themselves, more connected to others, and a little taller in their body.

about

Body Language is a space to move with intention, build strength thoughtfully, and feel supported in your body. Our classes are breath-led and intelligently paced, blending Pilates, yoga, meditation, and strength in ways that feel grounded and human.

The studio is designed as a quiet third space. Calming, community-oriented, and welcoming you exactly as you are. Whether it’s your first visit or part of a steady practice, you’re invited to show up honestly and move with care.

We’re so glad you’re here.
