We offer private and small-group sessions for those seeking more individualized support, deeper focus, or a shared experience with friends or colleagues.

Teaching at Body Language

To teach regular classes, instructors must be certified in movement teacher at minimum.

Additional experience is warmly welcomed, including:

• Fully comprehensive Pilates apparatus (chair, Cadillac, tower, barrel, etc.)

• Yoga

• Somatics & embodiment practices

• Meditation or breathwork

• Sound healing

• Dance or movement arts
