Ritual
Sundays 5:30 pm
A slow, intentional close to the week. Breath-led movement, deep stretching, and the rare experience of actually being still on purpose.
Rise
Wednesdays 7 am
The 7am class you'll convince yourself you're not a morning person for until you take it once and then set your alarm for next Wednesday before you even leave.
Bloom
Mondays 1 pm & Thursdays 11am
A vinyasa practice woven through breath, curiosity, and a little bit of exploration. We'll flow, find moments to root down, rise up, and discover what's in between.
Unbound
Thursdays 8:30 am
Movement that doesn't fit neatly into a category. Somatic, expressive, and occasionally surprising. Show up open. That's the only rule.
Body Heat
Mondays 7 pm

Restore
Thursdays 6 pm
Yin-inspired deep release. Long holds, soft music, props you didn't know you needed. Your nervous system will thank you. Probably silently.
Burn
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30 am
Pilates-inspired strength work that will humble you every single time and you'll still want to come back. High-rep, low-impact, high consequence.

Slow down, tune in, and reconnect. This class blends guided breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle movement to help regulate your nervous system, release stress, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and restored.
